Flowra does not collect, store, or process any personal health data on its servers unless you explicitly enable cloud backup. All data is processed locally on your device.
When you enable cloud backup, your data is encrypted end-to-end before transmission. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) to ensure your information remains private.
We do not use analytics services, crash reporting, or any third-party SDKs that collect personal information. Flowra is funded by user subscriptions — not data.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting our support team. We will process your request within 30 days.
